Perfect location, quiet area near center and beach. Clean room, nice kitchen with coffee and tea. Great variety of breakfast sweets, attentive owner provided rice milk. Breakfast on terrace with sea view. Difficult to find, owner sent GPS coordinates, recommend printed map.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access from the train station in Lucca. It was also close to the beach, allowing for a relaxing seaside getaway. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The room had a lovely private garden, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was remarkable, with the hosts being accommodating and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and the homemade cakes were a delightful treat.
One downside was that there were limited communal facilities available, such as a communal kitchen, which could have added to the overall experience.
